Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Servings:

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1/3 cup GF Rolled Oats 
  • 2/3 cup Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk  
  • (I used Almond Milk) 
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter 
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds 
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds 
  • 1 tsp Cacao Powder 
  • 1 tsp Flax Seeds 
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon 
  • 1 tsp Sweetener of choice (I used maple syrup) 
TOPPINGS
  • 1 tbsp Crushed Peanuts, roughly chopped  
  • 1 tsp Cacao Nibs  
  • Seasonal Fruit  

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl.  
  2. Seal and leave to set in fridge overnight.  
  3. Once set, top with topping and enjoy!
