This Month's Recipe -Sticky Date Caramel Pudding
There's not a lot better than a rich, gooey sticky date pudding dripping with warm caramel sauce, but we reckon this vegan, refined sugar-free version made with gluten-friendly oat flour is the créme de la créme! It's so simple to make and tastes amazing. Check out the recipe here, and try it served with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream or coconut yoghurt, topped with a few fresh berries or some chopped nuts. Absolutely delicious.
